Need Advice about this one! Please GoofyHM: Hi everyone at Ojar! Anyways here is my situation, my stbxh and I are still talking and good friends, anyways I signed the papers almost a month ago it will be on Tuesday. When my Dad and I went up there on the 22nd of Jan. my ex told me that he would make a copy and send it dwn. Well he still hasn't made copies and I haven't seen them and also other legal stuff we have to take care of. I talked to him yesterday and I asked him why he didn't sent them yet the papers;he told me that he is being lazy, i asked him if that was the only reason and he didn't say much of anything,just got quit. I called the courts today and to see if he filed he did it was on the 4th of Feb. Plus its in a different state.
Does this sound like a man who is having second thoughts and may want to work things out? btw neither one of us cheated. So what do you think to me it sounds like he is missing me and scared to admitt it. who knows. thanks again.

Re:Need Advice about this one! Please Amira: I can't tell from your post whether he did indeed file, or you're not sure if he filed yet or not.
If he has't filed then yeah, maybe he's thinking things over.
If he HAS filed then I would say it is what he said it was--laziness.
