Nervous Fuscimi1: Well, tomorrow I'm seeing my ex for the first time since she left me 5 weeks ago. Shes coming to town to get some stuff we have in storage and asked me to have lunch. I agreed to lunch but am stressed about how I will react to seeing her.
There's still a chance of reconciliation in the future but I'm not banking on that. I'm looking for some advice on what things to avoid saying and maybe ways to help prepare myself for this.

Re:Nervous A002702: Do not tell her you miss her or love her. Try not telling her what you've been up to. Let her wonder and please show her that you are happy even if you have to act as if. That will kill her. She needs to wonder if you have moved on and that she cant have you anymore. I wish I would have done that from the beginning but I was a crying fool begging for her return. I looked pathetic.
