You got me thinking though - what kind of response am I after?
I guess I just wanted to let her know that I still exist, and I have feelings. It's just too easy for people like her to take what they want and ignore the consequences.

I totally agree w/ twg on this one. Take the high road and dont sent it....You know you are better than that.
If he left you so easily for another woman, then he or she isnt even with the time or energy.
By the way, you are not the loser....HE IS!
