Re:am feeling anger now :( Shanna: I had to talk to my STBXH daily on the phone right after we seperated so he could talk to the kids. I had to tell him that I couldn't be his friend because friends don't treat friends much less their wife the way he had treated me. He whined about it, but it helped me to get thru the worst parts by just letting him talk to the kids and hang up. Now that I am totally over it...still don't get it, but not angry or hurt anymore I have started to be his friend. Only because of my kids though.
ANyway....I dont' know what my point was....I hope you got it ::)

Tell her that YOU need space and just go somewhere and chill out and do something fun. That is my goal for this weekend b/c I have felt the same things that you are right now. Hope this helps.
