And I know about depression, and how much it can affect everyone, and make everything two thousand times more difficult then it should be... and I won't pretend I have beaten it, but I know it hasn't beaten me.
Talking is sometimes one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Sometimes its easier just to shut it all in.. probably not healthier, but easier. And sometimes you know what you want to say so strongly you could almost visualize it, but finding the words to speak it is impossible.
I'm sorry... this probably doesn't help you any... I have a tendancy to never shut the typing fingers up...rambling is good for the soul though, don't ya think??
