I love the fact that you were able to focus on the idea that you took the trip and had a good time - and it wouldn't have happened with your x. This is just so painful and it comes out and hits you when you least expect it! My MFT supervisor once said to me "you know, Steph, it takes alot of shit to make a really beautiful flower!" I think that applies to all of us here!

It is hard at times. But I'm steadily making the transition. Focusing on the positives about my new life is the only way I can make it sometimes. Still have some sad and lonely times, but I've gain lots of confidence and self-respect along the way.
More travel is just on thing I'm pursuing. Thinking about a Vegas trip next. ;)
