Seriously though, if this is supposed to be a roommate situation there has to be agreements. Any other random person you were living with would hopefully respect you enough to cook their own meals, and clean up after themselves. I would tell him the fact that you have history makes no difference. He's there to help out with the kids and make your life not so stressed financially. Tell him he owes you money for gas. When it's his days with the kids make yourself scarce. Go to the library if you have work to do, just don't be there for him to be able to shirk the responsibility. Your kids will be just fine. And as for the rubbing of the shoulder's trick...enjoy it, then watch him suffer with blue balls!! ;D (I am an evil person)

oh my god, this is totally off topic, but when i was little, we would go spend the night at my dads house, we had to sleep in the living room, and my brother snores. i remember one night getting up and mashig a pillow to his face and kicking him. surpirsingly he slept through most of it. so i took tobasco, and put it on his lips. oh man he woke up that time!!
sorry to hijack, that just made me think about something i hadnt thought about in a while... must call my brother now to apologize......... ;)
