i just hate it when someone says they have seen your X.... exclusive: People have told a friend that, My X is being seen with this other guy, and when she seen the friend she acts different.
why cant my X understand what she is doing is wrong.

maybe you can ask your friend not to let you know what she is up to.
If you feel like crying then go ahead and cry, get it all out. I wont say that you will feel better afterwards because as I am learning it doesn't work like that. But you will cry less and less as the days and weeks go on. I don't think that you ever get over what has happened you just learn to live with it. Still trying to do that myself.
Finding distractions helps alot.

I have told everyone I know that even if they see her, good or bad, I don't want to know about it. Its hard to let go and not ask about your ex but its the best thing to do. You will only get hurt.

(has anyone told you you're hot today? you're lookin' fine!) anyway, where was i? ahh....yes. i'm still friends with some of my ex's friends. they're pretty good at not bringing him up, but when they do i'm like, "Na-eh! No! Do not mention satan's name in my presence!" even til this day hearing about him is like a kick in the stomach. i don't want to know ANYTHING about him. as far as i'm concerned, he doesn't exist.
i'm REALLY dreading running into him. (*puke*) san diego's not THAT big. it's bound to happen. i've been making sure i look smoldering hot every time i leave the house now just in case. even to the grocery store. i'm sure i'll eventually outgrow this phase and not care, but until then, i have to make sure he faints (thus, cracking his head and bleeding profusely all over the pavement) next time he sees me. i think it's a good plan. HE doesn't exist, but I DO, and I'M HOT. (at least WAYYYY hotter than that skinny swiss wh0re he's f-ing now.)

I know that these people obviously dont know that our relationship is over, but why ask now? It comes from people that have never asked me that before!! And it is so hard to just reply "oh, we aren't together anymore", when I would love to just scream out " the immature jerk walked out on me and our daughter!"
