Help cindy 0901: If someone can give me some kind of advice that would be great.
My relationship has been bad for sometime. It seems that he prefers his addictions over our relationship. Which makes him abusive but not in the physical way.
I decided to leave with my, at the time one year old. He refused to leave the house and have me go one living in it.
I have been gone since Dec. 04 and he is two months behind in Mortgage. (I stop paying while he lived it up and my son and I needed a place to live) He is living off his credit cards and spending all him money at bars and strip clubs. Courts gave him a drug test and he passed. (he has many additions)
First I decided I wanted full custody since I can't handle the fact that he is with my son with the possiblity he is not able to care for him. Currently I have been sharing our son since I can't afford to pay for child care. He admitted to the courts that he is taking vicodins 4 to 6 a day. Even though our court date is not until Dec. 05 they recommeded we share our son. I need to know what I can do to get full custody and move back in my house. I can afford it, he is not working and has been disabled for 2 years. He has been living up on disablity benifits since. But I can't get him out of the house. I even have copies of all credit card statments with all his bars purchases and none are for my child. He refused to pay child support and I was denied for temporary child support since he is out of work. But get this he is disabled and on Vicodin but he is able to care for a 15 month old. That don't make any since to me.

Doesn't make any sense to me either. Is there anyway that you can get yourself a lawyer and find out what can be done. I am sure that there must be some way of stopping him having your child while he is the way that he is.
